WebIt’s entirely personal preference, but personally I don’t find cloaks and capes worth it with wet and cold. You don’t get designs on your cloaks with wet and cold, just linen cloaks or fur (of different colours) but I don’t care much for the designs in cloaks and capes. for 22 MBs are based on Cloaks of Skyrim meshes/textures. Cloaks of skyrim (disabled the esp if you use ccor, its built in) + illustrous HDT (use ccor version if you have ccor) to give hdt physics to CoS cloaks. This is the biz, I play in the 30-40 fps with HDT cloaks and totally worth it. It's my favorite mod I've used, because I like to look at my character as a hunter.
