I can read here and there the numbers, obviously tenacity will never give us as much dps boost as DET, Crit or DHit do, but at the same time it does boost our mitigation for the same percent. Something like 1000 tenacity translates to %1 less damage taken and 30-50 more hp recovered via your own healing actions. I could be wrong, but crit>det>skspd seems a safe bet until better info is out. 2.
