WebFeb 15, 2024 · This is a pretty damn good 'boogie rock' album. To be honest, it was never gonna turn my world upside down. It was too one dimensional for that. It was fun though. I'm happy to have shed at least a little of my ignorance of the band, and I'm also willing to bet that Foghat came across as a great live act. WebFoghat is a rock band formed in 1971 in London, England. The current members include Roger Earl (drums), Bryan Bassett (lead guitar), Rodney O'Quinn (bass guitar), and Scott Holt (lead vocals, rhythm guitar). After signing a record contract with Albert Grossman's Bearsville Records, they released their self-titled debut album in 1972.
