The amount of air passing into the engine is measured at the throttle body. If you use a 302 throttle body, you'll be pulling 150% of the normal amount of air past the throttle plates. WebAug 27, 2008 · There's a problem with MAF conversion using Ford parts. The only MAF computers are from 96 and they are OBD-II which you probably do not want to mess with.
