Pharmacologically optimized studies have sug-gested varying methods to optimize delivery, with drug concentration and solution volume being the main drivers. However, these MMC concentrations (e.g. 2.0 mg/mL) WebMitomycin C (215a) shows a potent activity against a wide spectrum of tumors and bacteria. In spite of its high toxicity it is extensively used in chemotherapy especially in treating gastrointestinal cancers 〈B-80MI 801-01〉.
