After testing with a different cable, it became apparent that there was a connection problem within the product itself. This was unsettling. WebThere is no password to enter. Under this is says "you might need to enter the same passcode on your keyboard or try entering a passcode on it" then gives me an option to click next or cancel. Anything typed on the bluetooth keyboard is unrecognized so I cannot hit next or cancel from that device.
