Use an offset spatula or butter knife to spread about 1/2 cup of the frosting evenly over the layer. Add the blue layer and spread another layer of frosting (about 1/2 cup). WebbAfter preparing the soap mixture, divide it into 4 parts. Tint 1 part dark pink, 1 part red, 1 part blue and 1 part green. Pour the bottom layer onto a silicone cake mold. Place it in front of a fan to cool it a bit faster. After it has thickened and set a bit (no longer looking jiggly), pour the next layer of blue.
