WebbI tried reseating the ram. I made sure it was in the correct slots. I tried removing the CMOS battery (many times), because doing so would allow me to reach bios, where I tried setting the ram at various speeds. I tried setting it at the recommended XMP setting, I tried setting it to 3600, I tried even running it at the default 2133.
WebbI did this at the same time I reseated the ram so I figured it was reseating the RAM that did it but maybe it was this. Instead of going to 3200 right away, go in as small increments as you can. Set 2133, be sure that boots. Restart then go in the next smallest increment, 2400 for me not sure if asrock is different.
